Good VIP set, fast shipping

Decent quality, slow support
I ordered a few HEMA Free Gel Polishes and a UV LED Nail Lamp. The gels are pretty good, cured nicely and lasted over two weeks on my nails. The lamp also works fine. My only complaint was that I had a question about tracking and customer service took almost 3 days to get back to me. Shipping itself was free and got here in about a week to Ohio, so that part was good. Overall, a solid choice for the price, but don't expect quick replies if you need help.

This was probably my fifth or sixth order from Venalisa. I needed more Rubber Base Coat and a new set of Nail Brushes. As usual, everything was exactly as described.
